Privacy Policy

The short version

We hold remarkably little about you. We do not store your email address, your name, your phone number or your IP address in our own systems. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Most of what the Service shows you is read from a public blockchain, where it already lives.

What we hold

An account identifier. When you sign in, our authentication provider gives us an opaque identifier for your account, together with the time we first and last saw it. Whatever you used to sign in — an email address, a social account or a wallet — stays with that provider. We do not receive it and do not store it.

Wallet addresses. The Service creates a wallet for you and lets you link wallets you already own. We store those addresses, the moment each link was verified, and a record of links and unlinks with a fingerprint of the proof you provided. We need this to attribute activity, and any fee share arising from it, to the right address.

Public blockchain records. Trades, launches, transfers and balances live on a public blockchain. We read them; we do not create them and cannot alter or remove them. Anyone can read the same records without us.

Ordinary technical records. Our hosting and server infrastructure keeps short-lived operational logs, as any web service does, so the Service can run and so we can investigate faults and abuse.

What we never hold

• Passwords.
• Private keys or seed phrases.
• Payment card or bank details.
• Government identity documents.
• Precise location.
• Biometric data.

We do not sell information about you, and we do not share it for advertising.

Why we process it

• To operate your account and keep you signed in.
• To attribute trading activity and any fee share to the correct address.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud and manipulation.
• To meet obligations the law places on us.

Who else is involved

Our authentication provider, which manages sign-in and the wallet created for you. Our hosting and database providers, which run the Service and store the records described above. A public blockchain node, which we query to read on-chain data. Each acts on our instructions or, in the case of the blockchain, is public by design.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Our database is hosted in the European Union. We keep account and wallet records for as long as your account exists, and for a limited period afterwards where we need them for security, accounting or legal reasons.

What you can ask us to do

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable form.

One limit we cannot get around. Information written to a public blockchain is permanent and outside anyone's control, including ours. We can delete what we hold; we cannot delete what the chain holds. Please keep this in mind before you transact.

If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold information about children.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, where the change is significant, say so in the Service.
